I work with adolescents and adults, from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, assisting them with decreasing emotional discomfort while increasing coping skills and building self-esteem/confidence to help manage life's challenges at school, home, work and with relating to others.
In sessions, I utilize a whatever works approach. I address each client's needs in a non-judgmental, supportive and direct manner. I use cognitive-behavioral and solution focused therapies, as well as evidenced based Seeking Safety.
